"Yeah," agrees the elephant, "we're just colluding to raise the ballot access threshhold even higher for new parties!" At which point the bartender notices that the donkey and elephant heads are conjoined on the body of the same terrifying mutant! Run for your lives! Democracy as we know it is over!
