The donkey has a parrot on his back. He turns to the elephant an says:
"This bird is smart and well connected! President George Bush taught him to pronounce over 200 words!"
"That's amazing," said the Elephant, "but you realize that he just says the words. He doesn't really know what they mean."
"That's O.K.," said the Donkey, "neither does the parrot."
